Vegan Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies

I used to make these cookies the conventional way, with butter and eggs. I made them Friday using Earth Balance and flax eggs. So delicious! I didn't use dried cherries but next time I will. Everybody loves these cookies. I tested them out on many "conventional cookie eaters" over the weekend and they were a big hit! So this recipe is adapted from The Secrets Of The White House Cookbook, and the original name is George W. Bush's Cowboy Cookies:

Got these at my Sterling Heights, Michigan Walmart yesterday. Aren't they cool? Not sure how I will actually use them. Maybe in a wreath. They are 97 cents each.
